A real vintage property with a lot of history. In a rather sleepy locale, our bad for not doing enough research with regards to geography and assuming that this would be/closer to South Goa (its not). Amenities No WIFI DTH service suspended Room lights flickering

Being as witnessed of this place, I'll surely give 4.5 stars out of 5. It's made for everyone, families, friends and couples. Erlick is such a great host that he helped me a lot in every possible way like early check in to personal tips about the place.

Loved the stay at Erlicks place. We made a last minute booking and he was very quick to respond to the request. Once the booking was confirmed he shared directions and contact details of the caretaker. Even though we reached past midnight, the caretaker was awake and waiting for us. They were very kind and courteous. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. Roooms - were spacious and clean with fresh bed linen and towels. Location - It’s a little away from the beaches. Agonda (nice beach) is about 45 mins. But if you want to stay away from the hustle and like a quiet holiday, this is a perfect place. Food - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are available. They also have a menu placed in all rooms. We only had breakfast and it was very tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

A heritage wow experience We stayed here for 2 nights , which was a last minute plan to Goa . We got an immediate response from Elrick and he was kind to give us an early check in. Being a long timer with Airb&b, I must say that this property is a complete Wow and value for money . We had 2 medium rooms , matching the standard of a 5 star hotel --- spotless clean linen, sparking clean toilet , modern lighting , hand picked painting , TV , refrigerator, AC , snacks , coffee maker and every comfort in the room that matches modern living and luxury -- the best quality I have seen so far. The rest of the house is a masterpiece. You can sit out in the balcony or the garden and enjoy the serene atmosphere at night with a small stream flowing by the house . We also enjoyed a few games of carrom . A 100 plus year old house with collection of antiques that will drop your jaws. Art lovers - don't miss this experience . Food too was good , home cooked Goan style and the team there took good care of us like our home . Elrick made sure we are comfortable by constantly being in touch with the staff and us . There are a few places of attraction around 30 to 45 minutes drive and you can enjoy a dine out at the famous Fisherman 's Warf closer to the beachside . The beach too is clean and worth a walk . If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from the usual noisy and party time you had in Goa before , this is an experience you shouldn't miss .
