Kristen's place was overall clean, except for the bathrooms. The shower curtain liner had a bad smell to them and the towels had a musty smell. The rest of the house was very clean. We had a few small issues at the house that made the rating lower. First, the wifi password was written incorrectly, so it took a while to connect. Kristen was communicative about the router and resetting it, but ultimately the password was case sensitive and written wrong. Second, the washer only uses hot water to wash clothes. I tried using every setting and hot water always came out. It seems like Kristen knew about this when I mentioned it to her. Some of my clothing shrunk due to this, which made the stay annoying. Lastly, the downstairs mattress was so uncomfortable. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping. The bed has a mattress topper which is not supportive at all. We didn't get to use the amenities because it was SO windy when we were there. We did use the front porch one day, which was nice.

Conveniently located just outside of downtown Moab. It was a great resting spot on our trip to visit Arches and Canyonlands. Really clean with comfy beds. We visited in early spring and enjoyed using the fireplace and having access to the garage.

This was the perfect location for our family. We visited the area to participate in the Behind the Rocks ultra marathon and this spot was perfect, close to both town and Behind the Rocks. Beautiful, clean, home with everything we needed.
