A brilliant host and an excellent apartment! Big terrace, perfect location at the very center, close to groceries, cafes, market, the sea, the train/bus stations. A perfect place, definitely recommend. Some minor things to note: the internet connection is not that stable, take a corkscrew or buy wine with screw caps, and take a charger adapter for a hair dryer/non-Mac laptop.

We, a German-Brazilian family, stayed in this flat for eight days. Santo Spirito is a small village which remembers me the settings of Giuseppe Tornatore's films. A very good place to spend holidays. Good restaurants, beautiful beaches, and a population (almost no tourists) very friendly and welcoming. The flat is comfortable and offers everything you need. The sea is only a few meters away. The host was very helpful. He was especially tolerant as we arrived quite late to collect the keys. He also gave us some interesting tips on how to get around the area. We intend to return one day.

We spent a great week in Annapaola Ed Emanuele’s place. Emanuele is a great host! He is really kind and helpful. He was in contact all the time, provided all the important information we needed and helped us in any occasion. The place. The apartment is great for a family of three. It is bright and clean. The house is stays just several meters from the seafront promenade. The localization of windows inside the place provides nice natural ventilation, but in case it’s not enough there is air conditioning available. The kitchen contains everything for cooking at home (oven, stove, microwave), frying pans, pots and dishes. There are dishwasher and a washing machine, iron and other devices, which make you feel at home. The shower and amenities were clean and worked nicely. And of course the fast wifi internet. Finally, there is a great terrace with the sea view, where you may spend relaxing Apulian evenings, having dinner. The location. S. Spirito is very comfortable and very conveniently located. It can be easily reached by train or bus from Bari centre. The train goes around 15-17 minutes and the station is just 7 min walk from the apartment. It is just 15 min drive from the airport by taxi. There is a direct train connection to famous Polignano a Mare, going just 45-50 min. There are a plenty of small beaches around. Besides the private (paid) ones, there are many free rocky beaches, just 5 min walk from apartment. Yes, it is a bit tricky to enter/exit the water, but after some practice, you will get used to it and find the best place for you. The Apulian food is incredible and the location of the place gives you a wide flexibility of choice. There are many places to try local food, including panzerotti, focaccia, wide variety of seafood and of course pizza or gelato. You may either sit in relaxing atmosphere or takeaway to enjoy it on the terrace in the apartment. If you like cooking there is a small market just 50 meters from the house, where you may buy any seafood (shrimps, fish, octopus etc), olives, vegetables and fruits. The large supermarket is just 5 min walk. We highly recommend this place and would like to thank Emanuele for our great stay in S. Spirito this summer! We hope to return there soon.

A modern apartment in the center. The airport is a few minutes by car. Every Wednesday there is a clothing market in front of the accommodation. Only then it was not possible to park in the street, otherwise it was always nearby. The lack of kitchen equipment and the comfort of the table and chairs on the terrace could be improved. Despite the small flaws, we had a great time.
