Booking this hotel caused us significant inconvenience, as we did not end up staying there with the host not informing us the business was not actually open to receive guests, despite the fact the listing was active on Airbnb. We did not receive any communication from the host when we booked, and it was not until on the morning of the check in when we were travelling to the destination, that I decided to get in touch with the phone number on the listing to confirm - that was when we found out that the room was not available as the business was not open! That means if we never got in contact, we would have arrived with nowhere to stay. The host did not treat the situation professionally either, by saying they will refund us after they have received the money, even though I did suggest they should get in touch with Airbnb about this. We do not feel this listing reflect the value of the Airbnb community. To save yourself the potential of issue of not having a place to stay after booking, we do not recommend booking this place.
