We love the place. It was clean, peaceful and relaxing. Though there are things like electricity and other amenities that had small issues, the host and her helper was very accommodating, helpful and kind. Thank you Eugene's Place ❤️ We had a great vacation 💕 well recommended 👍🏻

Overall our stay was okay. The beachfront view was perfect together with the huge coconut trees. Location is near some tourist spots. Quiet neighborhood. Our main issues were: - safety concern, balcony doors were tied with wires (these doors should be emergency exits) - privacy concern, there was a huge window in the bathroom, anyone can see you inside - kitchen is a bit dirty (rusts and smelly) - cable tv was not working - property not fully fenced (other people lingering in the property)

We had an amazing stay at Eugene's place. My husband and I wanted some peace and quiet, and that's what we got. The view from our bedroom window is stunning, it's great to wake up to every morning. Communication was smooth throughout our stay. Rose Ann, the caretaker, is an angel of a woman who assisted us with anything we need. We'll stay here again, for sure.

Thanks to the staff for being able to accomodate us even if we were able to check-in at 3AM! The area is so peaceful. We were able to enjoy our stay in Baler at Eugene's place! The only con is that location is far from Sabang, so you need to travel for around 30minutes to buy groceries, etc.
