Our place is just quite the ordinary, nothing fancy but for sure, you will enjoy the great space and "millenial" feel of a comfortable place in the heart of the City of Golden Friendship. We designed the place to be free from extravagant appliances that spurs distortions in our daily existence, at least for a time we will experience quiet peace in the beauty of sounds and soothing music while resting inside the unit... After a bustling, complex day at work come home to a dim lighted ambiance with soothing music;just plain relaxing space to rejuvenate and restore; Our place has a 42mbps Wifi modem that can settle in 5 to 8 gadgets..

The place was okay, had some ant issues and the washing machine was there but there was no hook up for it. Which was my main reason for this unit. The remote for tv didn’t work and there is no hot water for shower.
Kendrick’s place is of great value. Very good location too. Highly recommended for those who wants to be close to the city and quiet enough not to feel in the middle of it. Good commincation with the host and thankful for adjusting the sked for us.

The Space is very near to major city malls, a 5 minute walk to the nearest resto, with food and "socializing" establishments..
The nearest malls are LimketKai, Ayala Mall, Centrio, Robinson, Shopwise and SM downtown premier. A cab (with PHP 40/flagddown) is just around the corner or a "motorela" may bring you to these destination with a local feel. Giving the local ride at PHP 8.00 per head would bring a smile to the driver ..
