The apartment is just as you see in the photos, the location is very convenient, it has a supermarket right in front and it is well connected by public transport, the UoT is about a half hour walk away although it is true that the city center is further away . The kitchen is well equipped if you need to cook for a long stay. I didn't get to know Jose personally but he always responded quickly to my messages and was concerned that my stay was pleasant. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 4 weeks in August. Although the room doesn't have A/C, it has a large fan so the heat/humidity was bearable. The kitchen also has a window A/C unit. The kitchen comes well-equipped with pots, pans and cutlery so it's easy to cook for yourself.

Jose is such a nice guy. The room is at the second floor and Jose lives in the first floor. He even cleans the second floor every so often. The other tenant is kind and I enjoy my stay very much. (Yes the outside of the house looks super duper old but the inside is fine. It’s always the inside beauty matters, isn’t it?)
