Fantastic stay with friends for a few nights. The complex is large with multiple buildings, great pool and bbq area. The sloped entrance to the pool in particular was great for my young daughter. The Masseria was very clean and tidy, a well equipped kitchen. Be prepared to embrace the slower paced life as there aren’t quick appliances such as kettle or toaster. WiFi was good, a few of our friends managed to work from the dining room whilst we were there. There is a WiFi booster that can be plugged in in the dining room. Emilio and Riccardo were always quick at responding and helped out with any query we had during our stay. Only thing to be aware of is the directions on gooogle maps aren’t quite right, so just make sure you are aware of how to get to the Masseria before setting off. Emilio was brilliant at providing detailed instructions on how to get there. Overall, brilliant stay, thank you to Emilio, Riccardo and the team.

A lovely villa well located in the middle of Puglia to explore the towns and beaches. Whisper quiet, great pool, comfy rooms. Very hard to locate on a map - the host drove us there on the first night, but giving directions to other guests and taxi driver was tricky! A floorplan would have meant we could better plan sleeping arrangements - the main trullli has a master bedroom with adjoining living room with a fold-out bed, but there is no door between this and the kitchen. We had 11 people in the villa, which was okay, but it would have been ideal with 10. The bunks were rickety, so the two kids were comfy on the bottom bunks, but I wouldn't have been game to be on top. Also, they left us a tiny coffee-maker for two people - in a house that supposedly sleeps 16! Would have been nice if the hosts had left us water for the first night, as the tap water wasn't drinkable. We went to bed thirsty. Supermarket is 20min drive on winding unlit roads. We had a great time overall.

Struttura meravigliosa e grande. Con zona piscina e barbecue è ottima per gruppi di amici che cercano un po di tranquillità. Il sig. Riccardo, responsabile della struttura, una persona squisita e iper disponibile che ha risposto al telefono a qualsiasi ora e per qualsiasi aiuto/info. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The place is lovely and super secluded with lovely authentic rooms and an amazing pool area. On the downside, reaching the property is rather problematic. The property is in the middle of nowhere, and for that reason you need to meet the host in a separate location for him to show you how to get there in the first place. We went out a couple of times and coming back to the place, using different maps on our phone. ended up lost. Wifi is present in the main room and is rather poor, which together with barely any phone reception is an inconvenience. The other thing that bugged us was the fact that we needed to take the rubbish out 5 min drive to a drop off point. this is something you should never expect to do as a guest at a property. a cleaning fee is included and therefore should cover this.

The communication with Emilio and Riccardo was excellent. The cleanliness was also very satisfactory. The property and the pool were very great. The kitchen utensils equipment left something to be desired. We were 10 people and to be able to cook properly requires more and better equipment such as knives, pots, cutting boards, bowls and serving platters. It is important to know that the property is absolutely in the sticks. It takes at least 15 minutes to get to the small town of Ceglie Messapica. The roads to the house are sometimes very confusing. At night you can't find your way. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the beach. For us, the location was very disappointing and always associated with great effort. If one wants a time out for several days in the nothing, this place is a good choice. However, one should bring enough supplies. One should also know urgently, the wifi works very very slowly and as good as not at all as well as there is almost no reception.
