The house was great and Joan was a wonderful host! Very clean and organized. Walkable to Black Point Trail and Scarborough Beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Very disappointing. At bottom, we feel that the nightly rate vastly exceeded what was reasonable for what we received on this occasion, and that we were led to believe that the quality of the stay would be better. All bedrooms had an awful musty smell emanating from their AC units, and that continued despite various alterations to the settings/modes thereof. Similarly, several ceiling tiles on the top level had either severe warping or discoloration consistent with leaks. Relatedly, one bedroom closet had a lare dilapidated hole 6-12 inches long. And the air vent above the stove used to ventilate cooking smoke was covered with a moist, brown liquid. Finally, for one of the bedrooms, snoring was heard through the shared wall with the nextdoor neighbor every night. We reported everythjng to the Host/Airbnb. Tellingly, we were asked not to provide a review. Indeed, the above issues concern basic amenities & structural repairs. Failing to realize them earlier was a major oversight.
