House was even more spacious and comfortable than we expected! Perfect location. Clean, affordable, with a very responsive host. Great backyard space, ideal for a group stay. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

This house was absolutely wonderful for our family vacation to Narragansett! It had plenty of room to spread out. It was extrememly clean and the beds were comfy. The outdoor shower was a nice touch after a day at the beach. The best part of the house is the location...it was only a quick 3 minute drive ( 10 min walk) to Scarborough Beach, which was our favorite. It is so close to many attractions in the area and plenty of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern, airy, high ceiling, natural light, 2 skylights, open concept, calm interior, beach house just a 10 minute walk to beautiful Scarborough Beach. Stephen was very responsive and kind. House was clean and well-furnished, especially in the kitchen. Bath towels were provided. Convenient door code entrance and driveway. Pebbled fire pit area with Adirondack chairs in the backyard stocked with firewood. Gas grill on the back deck. Split level house: 3 bedrooms on the top and 2 beds on the bottom level. 2 bathrooms (an upstair and a downstair). Do visit Black Point Trailhead!

We had an awesome time at Stephen's house. The upstairs was newly renovated as advertised. The AC was terrific. The downstairs was more than adequate with one bed and futon. The AC was not as effective downstairs but we were never too warm. We liked the separate entrance to that area for easy access. The unit is very simple and straight forward. The kitchen was well stocked. The ROKU TV worked fine as did all appliances. The back porch was pretty cool as was the back yard. We enjoyed the firepit for s'mores! Wood was also provided - and a picnic table with umbrella. Stephen also left us 3 beach chairs to use. A few beach umbrellas would be a nice addition. The only things to be aware of are 1) the house is right on Point Judith Rd which is very busy during the day. You need to pay attention when exiting the yard. 2) The closest beach is walkable but not carrying beach "stuff." You really need to drive to Scarborough Beach which is the closest. Overall, a great stay!
