Great place and wonderful host

I never write reviews but this place is a scam. I am not sure if this will ever make it to the public but the place doesn’t have that view. Most of the place is private property that you don’t have access to. The main property has no lake or anything besides wooded area. It’s pretty, but what’s shown is not what you get. The house itself is fine. It’s not great but it gets you by. However, don’t expect a hot shower right away. Takes about 2 hours to heat the water which they fail to tell you, and if you message to ask, they won’t respond. Keep in mind, it shuts off ever so often. Next, the “washer” that is there doesn’t work. Neither does the dryer, you would think 1 hour is enough to dry 3 shirts and 2 pants but guess not. Silver lining was the outside fire pit place, we were able to make burgers out there and that was good. In the end, the place is absolutely not worth the price. The location is great, the listing just isn’t accurate of the home itself.

The perfect spot for our weekend retreat! Our toddler and dog loved exploring through the trees! So peaceful.
