Mike was an awesome host. stayed there for Kentucky Derby. He given us a Bottle of Bourbon and a few other souvenirs commemorative of the Derby. I highly recommend this property

Malina and Mikes place had everything I needed and was in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store and places to eat. Mike was always quick to respond!

Great place to stay. I was traveling for business and the place was well setup for a long term stay or a short term stay. The house is in a fantastic neighborhood and Mike & Malina were wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Louisville.

I stayed at this location for over 3 months at a time when I was visiting Louisville for an extended period. This place is perfectly accommodating for anyone needing a short or long stay, I have absolutely no complaints about my time here. Everything about my stay was excellent, thank you.
