We had a great stay at the Treehouse in Briarcliff. It was exactly as described. You do feel like your in treehouse that is overlooking a beautiful view of down Kansas City. Very clean, bright, all amenities provided, and even a few surprise snacks. Perfect location. Joe was a fantastic host and very quick to respond to our questions. Will definitely be staying again!

We adored this home and stay in KC! Nestled across the river, but a quick trip into the city and near a beautiful park. Thanks for the hospitality!

My only negative would be if you came in the winter as the road in is curvy and steep. With that one exception We really enjoyed staying at this location. They are on top of a hill so nice views out the back and from the street. Very quiet as we never heard neighbors. Joe communicated clearly and responded to additional questions we had and were happy to give recommendations. I liked that the coffee pot had a K-cup option as well as the ability to make drip coffee. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we are in North KC.

Great Location, amenities, parking, view were all wonderful. Would highly recommend to anybody that wants to visit K-City and the Downtown area.

We had an excellent stay at the Tree House. The house was as described, and it was perfectly located just 10 minutes drive from downtown KC. Beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and bedding. If we ever find ourselves in KC again, we’ll be sure to stay here again!
