As soon as we walked in we were greeted by some dead crickets. Other bugs have made their presence throughout our stay. Brigid did inform us that she Raids the front of the house, but would suggest that the inside should be as well. I understand this is in a wooded area and it was a rainy weekend, however, I have stayed in cabins, and other airbnbs in wooded areas and have never encountered a situation like this. We noticed the place was not cleaned thoroughly due to the bugs, other articles remaining on the floor I swept up, and my friend’s socks getting dirty an hour into the stay. During the night, plumbing flushing noises graced us frequently. The fridge does not refrigerate, even at the coldest setting. We let Brigid know of the pest and fridge issues, but not much was done to resolve the issues, although she was prompt in responding. I would not recommend the Airbnb. The place looks great and if we did not have these issues I’m sure we would’ve had a better experience

The space is very comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful. All the amenities were as described, the bedroom was quiet and dark, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Brigid left easy instructions for check-in and the space was clean and tidy when we arrived. If we are ever in the area again, we'd be happy to stay here again.

Everything was great. Things were clean and inviting. I will be returning soon. She was an excellent host. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Brigid's apartment fit our needs very well. We particularly appreciated having a full kitchen to work in, as well as the complimentary gourmet coffee and French Press coffee maker she supplied. It was a treat.
