The house was amazing, very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful old home, lots of things to do inside of the house such as games and outside activities as well. Close to downtown Farmington. Kenneth and Nichole were very responsive and very kind as well. Thank you for letting us stay!!

My whole family loved staying here. We’ve got two kids- five and three years old- and they loved the dolls and the chalkboard wall. The common old home experiences are something we’re used to so we were very comfortable here. What is it about the kitchen that I love so much? Maybe the recipes on the walls and the slide out cutting board like my grandma had. Maybe the cloth napkins like we’re used to at home. Maybe the just-right-sized bowls for making bread, omelettes, and serving a side of radishes. The light from the big windows cancels out the road noise annoyance and I truly didn’t notice at night. We plan to come back in May.

Kenneths place was beautiful. Remote and private and a perfect place if you have kids and pets. Plenty of room. Kenneth was extremely responsive to all and any situations that occurred. Nicole who managed the property was wonderful. A hurricane was suppose to come through and they came and dropped off candles and flashlights. So sweet people. Thanks again. High highly recommend.

Several friends & I were looking for a quiet place to stay before heading back to college, and we are so grateful we chose this farmhouse to celebrate. The hosts were flexible, helpful, & efficient with communication. Plenty of cooking and baking equipment was provided (& easy to find with labelling and instructions throughout), and we spent most of our weekend stay making fresh meals and desserts, and enjoying the peaceful space outside. The hosts also provided us with a basket of fun party treats, which made us feel so welcome. The home was exactly as described, with a rustic and old-time charm; it reminded me of visiting grandparents as a kid. There was plenty of natural light, and we had a great time playing card games and cornhole in the backyard. I'd suggest bringing a speaker for music if you plan on spending time on the property; we kept it to a low volume and enjoyed listening while we lay out in the sun. Overall, great experience, and highly recommend for a quiet get-away!

I would just like to say our stay was perfect!! Reminded me of being a kid and going to my grams house. So comfortable and homey. My grandchildren enjoyed the games and especially the chalk board wall!! Nichole was very responsive, almost immediately. I had the pleasure of meeting her, she gave us directions to the private beach which the children had a ball. As well as other suggestions, we did run out of time for the ice cream machine but will definitely use the next time. And yes there will be a next time! Thank you for sharing your home with us and allowing us to make wonderful memories there.
