Host wasn’t able to let me into property as he was out of town even tho I booked and made check in not the best treatment.

This man hired someone else to answer the phone, and the person that they hired to communicate with us as guests had no idea what he was talking about, and could not give clear directions as to where the place was. He robbed me of over $500 as I never made it to the place, spent over two hours, trying to locate it, at one point they would just hang up on me. I did this all in a foreign country as well keep this in mind. I cancelled and asked for a refund and that’s when the guy finally called and asked what the issue was and why we needed a refund and when I explained that I could not find the house and the person that he had hired to answer the phone was telling us to meet him at this other location that wasn’t the home so that he could guide us, he started gaslighting me!! I went to this location as well, and the guy was never there. It was a mess and a waste of time and the host is a SCAMMER. He refuses to give me a refund and I never stepped foot into this place. I will be suing.

The Airbnb is in an excellent location, very safe and at a great price. It's right by the beach and has a good balcony with views. The owner is fairly communicative. There is also an elevator. However, the house is unfinished. The washrooms are problematic. While one has a leaky faucet that leaks into the public wash basin, another didn't have toilet paper. The main washroom with shower has a nice shower but there is no basin in it nor hangers to hang clothes and towels. The walls are peeled off in places while some of the walls have gorgeous marbles. It got noisy in parts at night but it was manageable. In addition, the kitchen didn't have a microwave. The house is also lacking dustbins in every room, fresh sheets (the comforters were smelly), extra blankets and AC remotes in each room. Note that Wifi is at an extra cost but despite being ready to pay the price, they were not able to set up our wifi. Best to book wifi in advance. Would recommend this Airbnb for a night stay only.

L’annonce ne refléte pas la réalité (wifi etc) l’appartement doit. Faire l’objet d’entretien ( traces moisissures et mur non peint) vaisselle insuffisante porte toilettes réception cassée Uns seule petite serviette pour 4 personnes. Réfrigérateur en panne. Etc Je déconseille cet appartement

Le logement n’était pas du tout comme sur les photos il y avez comme de la moisissure sur le mur une fois que je lui est fait savoir que j’entamerai une procedure avec airbnb il était très désagréable logement a EVITÉ sur tanger
