I had a lovely stay at Poppies Cottage even though I was just there for a Leather Workshop course nearby. The hosts were unbelievably kind to me in helping me find the venue. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind and I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay there.

Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful rural setting that is close to local amenities (Yoxall is nearby while Lichfield and Burton are both a short drive away). Darran and Tracey are helpful and friendly hosts and we can recommend Poppy's Barn to anyone looking for a comfortable stay when visiting this very pleasant area of Staffordshire.

Nice place, kind owner. Everything quite basic (no wifi, no dishwasher, beds are a little old, soft and cracky), but the house is comfortable, cosy enough! Nice shower! Great views! The game room is cold but fun. It was closeby st george park and that was perfect for us. Had a lovely hike at Dovedale, great tip from the owner.

We were minutes from the event we were attending, the property had super parking,the barn was wonderful petite but had everything you could need and want, and still felt spacious. A super property we would love to come back to. The hosts were lovely and friendly and lovely seeing the chicks with their mum and poppy the dog coming to visit she was lovely . Super place

We had a lovely stay at Poppy’s Farm, my children loved it there they were able to explore and enjoy the games room as well as myself and husband. Lots for them to do as they like playing with new toys and games. The grounds were beautiful and loved looking at the chickens and the new chicks. We had fresh eggs for us on arrival 😊 The paddock was massive and we enjoyed our visits from Poppy the dog she is lovely natured and great with my girls, was always round to see us. We will miss her! Clean and has lots of home from home. Thank you for our stay hope to come again when up north 😊
