I have family in Falling Spring and this has been a great stay every time my husband and I are in town to see my family. Check in is always easy and we’ve never had any issues with our stay. Everything is always clean and there’s plenty of towels, cookware, toiletries, etc for your stay. You should know that there is an upstairs portion of this BnB that is rented out separately, but if you don’t mind some upstairs noise it’s not at all an issue. The location is quiet and exactly what we’re looking for in a budget stay when we are in town with our dogs and need a clean bed and shower for a couple nights. We don’t stay anywhere else when we’re traveling to the area!

Perfectly located for our needs. Quiet. Private but only a min from main highways. Love the local IGA for groceries as we at all meals fixed by us on this trip. Apartment had pots and pans. No plastic storage containers for leftovers but we managed. Comfortable and affordable
