Stayed for a month. I have no complaints. it feels like home. It is fully furnished with really fast internet speeds. It's location is in front of a large mall. Churches are within walking distance. US embassy is within walking distance. UP-Philippine General hospital is within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location for nightlife, and also Robinson's mall is across the street for most shopping needs. Wifi was fast at 70mbps, good for streaming on my devices. The TV had Netflix and YT. The kitchen had great appliances (except the microwave was out of commission), cooking was easy with both a butane stove and electric oven. Plenty of kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. Studio-size downstairs, with an almost similar sized bedroom upstairs, plenty of room. At the base of the building is a laundry shop, a dentist, a spa, and a travel agency. Older building, but I liked the place and will return. Go team Jannsen!
