This was our third family Christmas at Pat and Kandi’s beautiful beach home. We love it so much! Perfect spaces inside and out for our holiday. Lots of room for games, puzzles, reading, and holiday movie watching. Our elder dog is very happy here, too. Great neighborhood walks and nearby beach access. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals. All of the bedrooms are comfy and cozy. The ocean view from the home is amazing. Pat and Kandi are wonderful hosts and lovely to communicate with. We hope to book again next year!

Wow, this home is beautiful! Communication was seamless, throughout, Pat and Kandi are accomodating and kind, entry into the home was easy and just as described. We were in awe of the gorgeous views of the ocean from almost every room and the beautiful neighborhood. The home is filled with light and is so comfortable with plenty of room to accomodate a large party. The tubs are luxurious, the views stunning, the kitchen spacious and well stocked and there are two gas fireplaces to enjoy. The beds were comfortable, towels and blankets plentiful, there is enough seating in the living, dining room and kitchen for all. Wifi was fast and the TV's were set up for any kind of streaming and are easy to navigate. The beach is only a few minutes walk and people in the area were friendly and welcoming. Plenty of nearby shopping and dining with a short drive to Cannon Beach. We want to make visiting this home an annual tradition and cannot wait to return, thank you!

The house is beautiful with great views, lots of outdoor furniture, nice towels and linens plus a short walk to the beach. It was one of the cleanest and most well stocked airbnbs we’ve been in. Pat and Kandi were very easy and responsive to communicate with. We only wish there was a high chair and a gate that worked for the stairs since we had our 1 year old, but otherwise it’s hard to find things to complain about. They had tons of games too which our 7 year old loved. We’ll definitely be back.

Loved this place and Pat and Kandi are wonderful hosts. The house was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect for the long summer weekend at the beach.
