First of all the location was very nice with a view as shown in pictures. Host did reach out with all the required info, his staff was very Cooperative and helpful. The property, rooms, garden everything was very clean and well maintained. Food was also decent and affordable. But the room that was given to me - Suite 2 as they call it was not the one shown in the pictures. It was very hot and humid inside without proper ventilation even though outside climate was very cool. I tried reaching out to the host but till now no response from him.

Good Place to stay. Neat and clean. The staff were very supportive. They have an internal kitchen but the food there was very expensive (Rs 50 for 1 porotta) and the taste is not that good as well. Other than that everything was really good.

The cottages are cute and cozy, as listed. Breakfast is available and food was good and tasty. While the location is little far from Munnar town, this is clearly communicated by the host before booking- if you are coming by vehicle it is not a problem at all and the views and surrounding areas are spectacular. Overall, would recommend this place!

This cottage is pleasant and calm. I felt bliss right after checking in. This place is surrounded by beautiful mountains, fresh air, chirping birds and good sunlight. It has everything to have a great holiday. The cleaning staff does a great job keeping the place clean and tidy. Michale was always available to help us with requests. They also had an excellent chef who cooked delicious meals and breakfast. The only remark I would highlight is the inaccurate location specified in the listing details. I suggest Shyam to update the location on Airbnb listing to be accurate. Otherwise, it felt like misleading.
