Very comfortable, roomy, clean and well stocked condo for a weeks visit to the Phoenix west valley area. We enjoyed sitting in the private courtyard having coffee and reading. Thank you for hosting such a welcoming space in the sun!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute BnB. The hosts were very friendly and communicative and helpful. It was clear to see the effort they put into providing a great experience for us. Thank you Mardy and Kate! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was very private, quiet and well located. The condo itself was clean, updated, and very comfortable. It was so nice to have a place that was well stocked with anything we could possibly need and we felt right at home. Bed was extremely comfortable. Mardy and Kate were extremely responsive to all our messages and checked on us several times while we were there. We were able to access all the amenities that Sun City West has to offer and enjoyed all the rec centers swimming pools, pickleball, and some clubs. We had a great time and would return!
