Trang was a fantastic host. Very responsive and accommodative. Helped us with many of our itineraries. I really appreciate her for that. My personal opinion is that this home doesn’t fit in for wet weather. The home also needs some maintenance which I have conveyed to Trang. Hope it gets fixed. This will be a very beautiful place during the hot season.

Trang We loved our stay here! Trang and her staff could not have been any more accommodating… Trang’s recommendations were spot on, from a great cooking class, an outstanding tailor (all 6 of us had clothes made at Canoli’s) as well as restaurants and the best places for massages, in addition to arranging transportation when needed and cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning. The rooms were great. Clean, spacious and very comfortable with great decor. The villa location is about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Hoi An markets, restaurants and shops. The property is connected to the beach, with a decent view from the upper balcony and a full view out the back and up a small grassy hill. The neighborhood has just enough going on to satisfy most all your needs, the rest will be an easy 10 minute taxi ride away. Beach access is a short walk going either direction from the house, via the street in front. Trang made all the difference in our time here. Lean on the host!

Trang (the manager) is the best hostess I’ve ever had for an AirBnB. She responds within minutes of texts, she finds you the tours you seek, she arranges taxis, and gives ideas for Vietnamese restaurants & foods to try. She was a critical ingredient to making our stay successful. This place is on the end An Bang beach. No erosion here; plenty of beach to layout & swim-perfect waters here. This is set up more like an glamping & Bed & Breakfast combo. Each bedroom (5 total; only 1 has 2 twin beds, others 1 king) has its own lock and bathrooms; downstairs 2 room have outside toilets, sinks, showers. The rooms are renovated, but still like more camping (albeit nice camping). For bottom rooms, use mosquito net at night (in case of lizards, etc which can sometimes make an appearance) & check toilet w/light at night (in case of frog visitors). This place was great for our family & friends of 12 (we put 2 kids on floor mattresses) , but it’s not quite Western expectations. Think tropical glamping; all rooms have own A/C unit. Beds & pillows were great!! Now B&B part: all rooms have micro fridge which already have drinks inside, for a few each. It is small cost ea, but check cost list in your room b4 your kids drink away things or you assume it’s included in AirBnB. There’s 1 group area: shared living/kitchen/dining area. No a/c here, but doors open both ends to flow the breeze. Breakfast (included) is ordered night b4, you choose your plate from 5 options. You can ask for dinner to be cooked there too, $6-8/pp ..in case of late night arrival, etc. (Several western mixed menu restaurants nearby tho, Salt Pub is very good.) The kitchen is small & fridge is a 1/2 fridge and freezer combo; food in there is mostly for breakfast next day but there’s some space for your drinks or fruit. A big jig of filtered water is provided, but it’s room temp. (We also bought 10-12oz bottles and put in our room fridge so we’d have cold water.) Trang, female kitchen cook & male house staff are at place periodically, mostly mornings & evenings, & may check your rooms while u r gone to clean your sheets or get u fresh towels. Only saying this so u know that it’s not quite like an AirBnB. Staff was very nice; all honest; no issues ever. There are 2 ATMs about 1.2km N of the place; easy to walk there. At the corner to turn to the rd for the ATM, there’s a restaurant w/sign for fruit smoothies, etc. 20,000 VND ($.80) - best ever!! No grocery stores w/in walking distance, but 1-2 minimarts on house street, then 2-3 more on street past ATMs. (Use Google maps.) If visiting Ba Na Hills, I recommend a tour guide; really makes it all easier, especially given crowds and people pushers. (I do not recommend the buffet lunch there; opt for a restaurant there instead - many to choose. Buffet is messy, crazy, like shopping at a WalMart on Black Friday.) Do visit Marble Mountain; just get a taxi; entrance inside mountain is free; 15,000 VND for elevator to top. Kids and all families had a FABULOUS time! Thanks Trang!

Beautiful bedrooms, excellent location and phenomenal personal services. Having read reviews before the trip I thought comments about the manager/concierge were too good to be true. As it turned out, those reviews didn’t go far enough with praise. Personable, excellent English, caring, accommodating...a pleasure to chat with on top of taking care of every detail and offering spot-on recommendations. Even the “extra” costs, beverages in refrigerators in each bedroom room, car services, scooter rentals, etc., were all very reasonably priced. And the morning breakfast, freshly prepared by accommodating staff (who provided daily room cleaning, tidying and overall assistance) provided a good start to each day. Highly recommended!
