Armina’s place is a wonderful spot that’s peaceful and easy to access. It is a very private and quiet place. Downtown Burbank is also very close by, making transportation easy and walking can be an option. Armina’s place is as described and fully supplied with all you’ll need for your stay. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but we will definitely look forward to staying again in the future. Parking is available even late at night. It is street parking but the area is safe and quiet that it feels comfortable. Lastly, Armina is such a great host. She constantly checked on us throughout our visit. She responded very quickly to inquiries and left us alone to enjoy her place. Her instructions are very clear and are very easy to follow. We would leave her a 10/5 star review if I could but we’re maxed out at 5/5. We are definitely looking forward to staying at her place again in the future.

Armina was friendly and a great host. Armina met me and my daughter in front of house and showed us around. The place was very clean, with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay with Armina again!!!
