Decent location. Short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants. The place is simple, well stocked with the basics (dishes, utensils, towels). Seems to be a former hotel building turned into small condos. The lobby is both checkin and the pool/hot-tub area so it’s busy, loud, and awkward as travelers arrive/leave. The checkin desk staff are friendly and helpful. As of 3/17/24 only one of the two elevators is working. This made for long waits for us and others renting places.

Besides an initial delay when checking in at the front, everything about this stay was magic. Gorgeous location, amazing room view overlooking the Atlantic, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, across the street from Watermans restaurant, quiet room…need I say more? I fell in love with VA Beach, and if I ever find time to visit again, this location is my first choice for a place to stay.

Nice place. Needs a little updating because of humidity related issues but otherwise very comfortable. Had an issue with the hot tub not working but they were supposedly trying to fix it. Security key card to enter the building except if you came in from the pizza place attached to the building. Parking garage is a little tight with supports in the way. You can tell they’ve been hit more than once. Peter was great to recommend places to eat and answered all our questions promptly. This room also comes with access to 2 other resorts on the oceanfront too but we never had time to check them out.

There were some issues with the shower system & dispensers but the staff was super helpful & quick with getting everything fixed! Aside from that our stay was absolutely amazing! So many things to do & see. The view was great!
