Located only 2hrs from Toronto, our cottage is located in the heart of Georgian Bay/Muskoka/The 30000 Islands. Wake up to views of Woods Bay while sipping your morning latte on one of the tiered decks. Soak up the sun on our large dock or take a dip in the clear waters. After taking in the spectacular sunset, relax in the hottub or unwind with drinks by the fire while enjoying the call of the loons. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage sleeps 6-8 comfortably. It has a very warm and inviting feel and is beautifully decorated. You will find all of the comforts of home here including a large, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Enjoy the picturesque view of Woods Bay through the floor to peak vaulted windows or from a variety of seating areas in and around the property including the many Muskoka chairs, the large sun drenched docks and upper deck where you can also enjoy your meals. This cottage caters to indoor-outdoor living! NOTES: 1. HOT TUB: - Hot tub on property are NOT included in the rental fee listed. - Use of Hot tub can be requested for an additional fee of $200.00/stay. 2. PETS: - Friendly and house trained pets are allowed ONLY upon request and for an additional fee of $200.00 for a maximum of 2 pets (etransfer will be required for this fee). All pets must be cleaned up after on the property (including any digging or sticks etc) and should be tied up or watched closely outside. If they wonder off the property or disturb the neighbours the damage deposit will be charged if these guidelines are not followed. Other Amenities & Activities include: - Large deepwater dock available for your water toys and is ideal for swimming - Shallow sandy water entry off the first dock is also available, which is great for little swimmers - A paved basketball court (basketball can be found in the cottage) - A large mature forest at the back of the 1.44 acre property for exploring! - World renowned fishing all throughout the bay and on Moon River - A variety of well marked hiking trails in the area (including Moon River Trail, just a short canoe/boat ride across the bay) - Direct access to boating throughout the Georgian Bay’s Biosphere Reserve, which includes The 30,000 Islands of Georgian Bay (which represent the world's largest freshwater archipelago) and Massasauga Provincial Park.
