We truly had a great stay at Terri's place. It is modern, clean and beautifully furnished with all of the amenities you could need. It is convenient to town and local attractions. Roxbury is a must visit town with surrounding farms, hikes and nature all around. Our family of 4 fit comfortably in Terri's place and will be sure to return.

Loved staying here. Terri was the best. Gave the best recommendations The place was so clean and everything was better than advertised. Beds comfortable. Everything was stocked. Everything was high quality. Nothing felt like it was just for “airbnb” My only recommendation would be to maybe get a larger tv. Otherwise everything was perfect Oh and I highly recommend The fierce grizzly for dinner (reservations needed) as well as The Village East Market and Cafe for a San which and coffee. And for a night time activity we went to The Print House and they had live music Thanks for having us and would do it again!

We spent a very cozy and restorative month at PLaY preparing for our departure from NYC. The building itself is new and well built, and it was always warm and comfy no matter how cold it got outside. Everything was very high quality and the kitchen was especially well equipped. Cooking healthy meals with all the wonderful local produce while snow fell outside the window was peak Catskills! Our doggie was in love with the place and we got to spend lots of time on the patio with her building fires and grilling steaks. Our only complaint was that the bedrooms could be used for sleeping only, with no desks for remote work or bed side lamps for reading. Yoga happens 3 days a week and the sound might bother some but we didn’t mind. Otherwise the yoga studio was gorgeous (take a class if you can!) and Roxbury had everything we needed. A top selection of many great stays in upstate New York.

We absolutely loved staying here! So much space, beautifully appointed and spotless. Perfect location for getting easy access to all the Western Catskills has to offer. Thank you for your hospitality and friendliness which always goes a long way. Definitely we would stay here again and again.

Terri’s place was absolutely wonderful. Absolutely clean, great location and super easy check in instructions. Our pup also loved the space and loved cuddling us up on the couch to watch a movie! Terri was absolutely fantastic, super responsive to any questions we had and gave us a bunch of recommendations which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely book again and can’t wait to come back and stay!
