If you need quick access to campus and high street this is perfect. In and out easy and all walkable.

Filthy placeIt just needs a 15min clean to make it liveableThe price charged for cleaning was a jokeWhen asked for clean linen and towels on airbnb app, the owners responded swiftly and got back to us with some linen.We also asked for a mop as the place was disgusting Hair, dust, dirt, grime and filth on the floor, bed and all the furniture The owner provided us with a used mop, which was the only mop for the entire building as told by the janitor. Now, the Janitor is the added cherry on top. She was rude , loud and intimidating. We never asked her ro clean, we mentioned the owners that the unit wasnt clean. We literally dint utter a word when the janitor came in. We were told off that no one looks under the bed linen and she smelled like smoke/weed so couldnt utter a word for our safetyAlso the stay was for my wife who is pregnant and answering back to a rude and unkept person wasnt on our list She dropped the mop and said its for the entire building and we are just dint daretospeak

The main issue with this unit is that it desperately needs a new door with a deadbolt. The door is a janky bedroom door with no deadbolt, only a door handle lock and a chain lock. The chain looks like it has been almost completely yanked out of the door frame so I’m not sure how reliable that is in itself. Was promised a parking spot but the one we were assigned was not available. The housekeeper let themself into our room without knocking upon arrival. Overall, not a great stay and would not recommend if you are a single woman or group of women. There were many loud belligerent men outside that just made the whole place feel unsafe. Back door doesn’t work. Had to walk around the block to the front door in an unsafe area at night. Was extremely unclean. Hairballs and a full dust pan in the closet. Dirty linens with hair and debris. Bathroom was not clean in general, though the shower was okay. If you do not have high expectations when staying places, this is probably okay for you.
