this was our first family vacation with our two toddlers. our initial appeal in booking john’s place was that he offered a portable crib and a pack n play for our kids to sleep in. john was super helpful making sure we had everything we’d need for our boys including a booster seat for them to eat meals in, and went so far as to bring over a toy walker for them to use during our stay. the place was incredibly comfortable. the outdoor space, (two balconies, carport area with fire pit, grill, hammock) gave us the chance to have a relaxing drink with a view after the kids went to bed. pool overlooks the water, is beautiful, has plenty of lounge chairs. john has kayaks, paddle boards, bikes available, which is amazing. as well as plenty of amenities for boaters, which we are not, but feels relevant to mention. we definitely look forward to staying here again. thanks for a great stay.

The two master suites were clean and convenient. We took full advantage of the outdoor seating area, the pool, the water access, and the kayaks. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for 2 couples. Location was great easy to get to Key West. Was so nice coming back to a peaceful environment after a day in Key West. Also close drive to Bahia Honda State Park. Pool and sitting on the dock watching sunset was fun. Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends!
