If you are looking for a private little resort for a week you should definitely consider Louse's place! It was nice being outside of San Diego, and only about 30-40 minutes to beaches, zoo, legoland, etc. We found some nice little wineries tucked back in the beautiful San Pasqual Valley, only 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the pool, citrus, house games, and the views were fantastic. Quiet, great wildlife viewing- hawks, coyotes, lizards galore!

Perfect home for our family of 4. We enjoyed the beautiful views, quiet neighborhood and the many places to relax both indoors and outdoors. Location worked well for us traveling to various things in San Diego as well as day trips to Joshua Tree and Disneyland. It was a great stay!!

The home is as described. The location is private and quiet. It is also conveniently located to many of the area’s major activities. We enjoyed hiking on the trails between the house and the lake.

It was just the two of us and more than enough. Private and secure area. Relaxing. Would be an awesome place for an entire family. Great hosts and responsive to messages!

My review. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Louise and Arash’s lovely home high atop a hill overlooking Lake Hodges. The house was spacious and included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Communication was excellent as both owners were readily available to answer any of our queries. The location was stunning and traveling into San Diego was quick and easy (except during rush hour, lol). Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
