The location is excellent in a peaceful very nice gated community. The apartment is clean and well located. Matthew was a very good host. Although we had water issues in Negril, he relentlessly worked on water delivery and follow ups to do his best to take care of us. He also provided a refund for the inconvenience when it was not even his fault. We can only highly recommend staying at Matthew's place and we would definitely go back anytime. Many thanks again Matthew for taking care of us !

Pleasant experience, Matthew was very informative & always quick to respond to any & all questions. Housekeeper came mid stay, very friendly & did an amazing job! Plan on staying again!

We stayed for 2 weeks at this condo. it is a small unit, but has everything we needed. we appreciated the started paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap. The unit is right next to the pool on the main floor. The pool was not busy and most days we were there alone. You are above downtown Negril so sitting on the deck could be noisy at night, but we only heard loud music 2 nights. Would I stay again? Absolutely! Matthew was very responsive to any little issues we had and were immediately remedied. we appreciated the washing & dryer in the unit. Also was a basket and drying rack. We had enough dishes, pots and pans etc to cook in the unit. The grounds were beautiful. We found walking on the road side and cut over to 7 mile beach when we were at a spot we wanted was much easier than walking the beach all the way down. Wonderful stay in paradise.
