Go fishing, kayaking and boating right from our backyard or find the nearby ORV & snowmobile trails. The Pere Marquette river is just down the road for any river kayaking or tubing. Pentwater, Ludington, Baldwin or Silver Lake are a 40 min drive or less for any day trips! This lakefront cottage features four bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Room for 8- the home is complete with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV, grill and more. Dining area has seating for 6, main living room has a reclining, sectional couch and roku equipped TV. Lower level has a rec room with air hockey, TV & games for the kids. Parking is in front of the garage and the pole barn. So come spend the day out on the lake or ride the ORV trails and relax in front of the firepit. Enjoy your cup of coffee with the beautiful sunrise before venturing out on the dock to throw a line in. In the winter-- head out to the snowmobile trails or spend the day ice fishing! RENTING: *We are in a quiet, family neighborhood and part of a home association -which means no parties and no loud, outside gatherings after 10PM. **If this will be an issue for you--please do not rent our cottage! This is strictly enforced!** -2 night minimum stay in off season -check in or out any day -5 night minimum stay in peak season --June through Aug-- check in on Sunday and check out on Friday -extra cleaning precautions in place *no smoking *no pets or animals *no fireworks or candles *no unregistered guests *video doorbell present at main entrance *NoiseAware technology in place *Dock is available for seasonal use- dependent on weather -May to October. *The lake has some restrictions as well and details will be provided when requested. *Names and ages of all guests will be required before booking is approved. *No 3rd party bookings allowed. *Max of 8 guests-- additional guests need to be approved and an extra charge will apply. *Must be 25 or older and provide valid ID DAMAGES: parties or rule violations will result in expulsion without refund; smoking will result in expulsion without refund.
