Kris and her husband have a small piece of paradise right in Suffolk. This historic property has everything you could need, and more space than you think. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the grounds, with a hammock to relax and a projector screen to watch a movie outside. The beds are comfortable and linen smelled fresh and clean. Theres a fullly functional kitchen with a kerig and a tea pot. Bathoom has a stand-up shower. Both the kitchen and bathoom have pretty stained glass windows. Access to the suite is easy and secure. Beautifully kept grounds. There are a couple fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating. Be sure to check out the tree!! There is a huge tree that they have made into an area to be enjoyed. It is really the coolest thing!! Close to town and all the places youd want to see. Youd think you were in your own little world. I would recommend and definitely stay again. So happy we chose the Carriage House Suite at the Pinner House! Its a no brainer, just book it 😉

The Carriage House Apartment was perfection. The whole ambiance is just relaxing and puts you at ease. The bedding makes you want to sleep in all day, so soft and comfortable(the sheets and robes are sold in the bed and breakfast). The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself or a few friends. The porch looking over to the garden is just as serene as the apartment itself. We stayed there for 11 nights and honestly the next time my boyfriend is in town I hope it is available or one of the adorable cottages. We also had breakfast and the crepes were delicious. The whole Bed and Breakfast is something to rave about. I could go on and on about the historic charm and the decor. All around a great place to stay or come in and eat. I will be telling all my friends and family.
