Evanston airbnb exceeded expectations & one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in. Very comfortable and a beautiful layout in the kitchen & dining areas. Highly recommend Evanston, short drive to Ilfracombe and Longreach. Hannah & her family very friendly and helpful. Thank you again!

This was an outstanding place to stay. A little bit of station life, a little bit of relaxation, a lot of chat and superb accommodation. I take photos, so was able to wander around the homestead and sheep yards freely. So close to town (Longreach, Ilfracombe and Barcaldine) but far enough out to be in the peace and quiet.

Amazing property that I’d highly recommend. Lovely hosts, fantastic accomodation to disconnect from the world (I haven’t slept so soundly in a very long time), great facilities, and the most amazing breakfast! Ask about the add ons like a grazing plate. Rather than just hanging around Longreach, have a look around the town of Ilfracombe near by and a pretty cool little pub complete with pub dog. The road to the property isn’t great from dusk due to huge kangaroos. There are also emus and other native animals in the area plus sheep.
