We had a lovely stay at Maggs place. We made many wonderful trips in the area. Maggs and her family were great hosts, hopefully we can come back one day.

This is a lovely holiday house in a beautiful location and Maggs is a warm and welcoming host. Couple of standout points: the kitchen is fabulously kitted out - probably the best kitchen we've had at a holiday home, and the showers were amazing. Too many times we've gone on a holiday and not slept well because of an uncomfortable bed - not this time: bed was super comfy, sleeps were excellent. Well-stocked games and books, lovely TV (not that we watched anything). All in all, we loved it and if we're back in the area with 5 people or less in total (that's what they can take) we'll definitely be back.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and dog and it was a perfect stay. Maggs was great from the minute we booked in sending us lots of information and answering all our questions. The property itself is amazing, very spacious and immaculately clean. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The garden was the real highlight for us as it was fully enclosed and gave our dog lots of space to safely explore. The location is lovely and peaceful but never felt too isolated. It was perfect for exploring Inverness as well as day trips to Nairn and Dornoch to the beaches. Maggs and her family couldn’t have been more welcoming and even popped through with some steak for our dog Loki ❤️ we would definitely stay here again!

Great for a mini break and ideal for those looking to check out some of the most beautiful Highland sights. Magg’s Place didn’t disappoint and exceeded expectations. We stayed as a couple and loved all of the little finishing touches. From the freshly baked bread (thanks Maggs) to the handmade soap in the bathroom and kitchen, they really have thought of everything to make this a great stay. Super friendly Maggs was more than accommodating and we would definitely come back. The place is cosy, warm and spacious and more like a home away from home. Local amenities are a short drive away too!

A luxurious, contemporary, spacious and well equipped Annexe in a stunning location. Maggs is just the loveliest host, thoughtful, considerate and attentive and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
