La estancia en este Airbnb fue muy agradable. La casa es exactamente como se ve en las fotos y en la descripción. Idealmente ubicado en el corazón de Altea, cerca de los mejores restaurantes, actividades y la playa, es perfecto para grupos que deseen explorar la ciudad antigua. Las habitaciones, baños, cocina y áreas comunes estaban impecablemente limpios, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que hay escaleras para acceder a ellas. Las instrucciones fueron claras y la atención de la host fue amable y atenta, además nos acomodó cuando le explicamos que llegabamos antes al check-in. La decoración y el ambiente crearon un espacio muy agradable, perfecto para disfrutar de la compañía y cocinar juntos. Si tuvieramos que decir un ambito negativo, lo único que se nos ocurre es que el agua caliente no estuvo en su mejor momento el último día (de 4 días). En resumen, una estancia muy placentera que recomendamos totalmente.

We really enjoyed this location. Easy to drive up to and find parking yet backed up to the charming staircases of the old city. Just minutes away from the central church plaza and only 10 minutes to the beach which featured a playground. Our young children and us were enchanted. The patio gets nice late morning sun with peekaboo views of the ocean. The apartment was large which was also nice for our family of 4. The beds were very uncomfortable for us and the plastic mattress covering loud with movement. Also the chemical air freshener used was over overwhelming. We put outside and aired the house out and it was fine but if you are sensitive to smells, I recommend asking to remove in advance.

The location and view/scenery were hands down the best things about this place! With 3 young boys, having so many things to do close by was key. The tram, beach, old town, market…all less than 10 mins! Waking up to the sunrise each morning was our favorite. Such a beautiful view of the sea and mountains! The beds & pillows were sufficient, the kitchen was good, the view out the window where the sink is made it enjoyable to wash dishes. Velia’s communication was quick, any requests or concerns were taken care of immediately. We stayed for a full month and it felt like home (we had to purchase most cooking essentials aside from salt & pepper). The piteres complex is absolutely somewhere we would return. Our boys loved playing in the commons area, and it felt safe. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!
