The accommodations were awesome. We had ample linens, bedding and kitchen supplies. The kayaks, life jackets, outdoor games were perfect. No cable tv or wifi, but that didn’t bother us. There were lots of dvd’s if you wanted to watch a movie. We would definite recommend this this place.

This was our 3rd summer spending a week at BluBear - and we still absolutely LOVE it. Private and tranquil - it’s the perfect escape from the city. Not a ton of cell reception - but that’s exactly what we wanted for our summer vacation. You cannot beat hearing the waves while drinking your morning coffee. ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great stay as a family of 6. Everything was as expected as well as clean and felt welcoming. Kitchen had what we needed and more than enough blankets, towels etc. We appreciated the variety of indoor and outdoor activities and amenities provided. We had quite a mix of weather so we watched movies, puzzled, and read as well as kayaked, swam and fished. We brought our fishing boat and had good luck nearby which was a bonus and were also able to park the boat up on the beach in front when it was calm. Beds ranged from a bit soft to a bit hard (not a big deal for us just an fyi!) but had nice bedding. … our son loved the pullout couch in the living room! Shower is a bit tight but nice. Provided shampoo is a helpful touch. And once you get used to not having a lock on the bathroom it’s really not a big deal! Closed means occupied! Would definitely return!

My family totally loved the property and the lake frontage property. The house was excellent spacious with great seating at the dining table and living room seating. we enjoyed the picnic table and firepit area. Great idea the wheels on the picnic table. The linens and beds were excellent and the extra coffee and bathroom supplies were very appreciated as we forgot shampoo. The very best was the kayaks and the hammock. Two things would have made it perfect were wine glasses and the metal skewers we planned on. Thank you so much. Mabel Maxim

What a beautiful get-away! The entire family enjoyed our stay -- very relaxing, close to the lake and just what we needed. We look forward to booking another stay next summer.
