The flat was as described, and so peaceful and serene! Mark and Janet were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great stay, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, but it has nice restaurants and cafes close by. Also the busstop to Manchester is close and drops you in the centre, perfect. The apartment was clean, cosy, and easy accessible. Thanks Mark and Janet!

Basement flat, beautifully laid out with everything you need and more. Situated at the rear of the property so it is extremely private and quiet with the exception of a little general noise form the house early to mid evening. There was a slight musty smell whether due to the nature of the property. Although little ventilation there was no actual dampness to be seen and everything was cleaned to high standard. A really good space, comfortable bed, plenty of storage and great local amenities in close walking distance. We would happily stay there again. Thank you for the great hospitality.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for any more. Home from home with all the comforts we needed. Sofa and bed were incredibly comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts with a warm welcome. We hope to be back soon! Thank you for a relaxing stay.
