A place next to the sea, surrounded by olive and cypress trees. The reformed warehouse consists of a fully equipped flatlet and a separate bedroom. The garden is essentially an olive tree field, with many different exterior areas and a small path leading to a secluded beach. It is the perfect place to experience the colours and the quiet of Southern Pelion. The house is separated in two sections, top and lower house. The top house is locked and not used by guests or other people. The lower house is dedicated to guests. It consists of two separate rooms, room 1 and room 2. Room 1 is a fully equipped flatlet with a king size bed, a living room, kitchenette and a bathroom. It can be accessed from the main entrance or the backdoor. Room 2 offers two one-size beds and a bathroom. It can be accessed from the main entrance, and optionally from the backdoor.

This marks our fourth visit to Agis, and each time feels like reconnecting with an old friend. Returning here is always a delight, so much so that we arrived a day earlier than our booking date due to sheer excitement! 😂 Thankfully, Agis is consistently accommodating and flexible, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. We adore Kalamos during the off-season, typically visiting in spring and autumn for its tranquil atmosphere. We were relieved to see that both Agis's place and the village weathered Cyclone Daniel, which struck six months ago. This little slice of paradise will forever remain our happy place.
Wonderfull peacefull place!!! Private Beach and a very friendly host. Agis bought a e-grill for us 👍🏻 Heaven on earth 😇

Die Unterkunft hatte eine wunderbare Lage, direkt am Meer unter knorrigen alten Oliven, mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen. Einfach wunderschön und entspannend von dort auf die Bucht zu schauen. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt, auch weil Agis ein sehr freundlicher l aufmerksamer, herzlicher Gastgeber war, der für uns gut erreichbar war. Der Check in lief wie geschmiert, erhalte für alles verständliche Videos gedreht . Seine Restauranttipps waren perfekt . Da wir im April noch kühlere Temperaturen hatten, hatte er für Feuerholz gesorgt, was uns fehlte war eine zweite warme Decke. (Allerdings bin ich sicher Agis hätte eine besorgt, hätten wir danach gefragt. ) Die Küche war zwar klein, aber mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung auf den Fotos ganz authentisch wiedergegeben. Besonders im Sommer ist das kühle Erdgeschoss sicher ein Glücksfall. Wir würden sehr gern wieder zu Gast bei Agis und in seinem Olivenhain sein. Grüße aus Hamburg Susanne und Bernd

Its a majestic quiet place next to the sea. It serves as the sea access of the main village in the area, Argalasti.
The village is build upon the coastline thus you can hear and smell the sea wherever you are.
Besides some restaurants, you have to drive a 6km road to buy the essentials, like groceries, etc.
The local village Argalasti is accessible via bus from Volos.
In order to reach Kalamos you need to get a taxi or a car.
The recommended way is a car so hosts can have their own vehicle.

Hey there! My name is Agis Soroulas. I currently live, work and study in Athens. Being lucky, I spend my childhood summer time in Pelion, a wonderful mountain in Greece surrounding the sea, creating the Pagasitikos gulf.
