What a place! Dont be put off by the fact its above a chippy, you wouldnt know once inside. We absolutely loved it. A great location for getting around all the local area has to offer or relaxing in comfort.

Lovely apartment with wonderful sea view. Extremely comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for a week away. Nice to have big TV with access to all channels. You don't often get this in a rental. Also a special mention for the shower, which was excellent. We were there for storm Cairan and enjoyed watching from the windows. We did lay down the balcony furniture to stop it getting damaged, or doing damage. Great location, easy parking (in November). Supermarkets five minute walk. Only issue was that the blue key was very difficult to get put of the lock. We eventually got the knack of it. Worried that it could break off in the lock. Highly recommended.

This accommodation was quite spacious and all the amenities and furnishings were ad listed. the host was easy to deal with and was responsive. Check in was flexible, allowing us to check in earlier, which was appreciated. They even left a nice bottle of rose in the fridge plus a small bottle of milk and a carrot cake. 2 supermarkets are within a 5 minute walk and great pubs and restaurants in Newlyn are an easy 15 minute walk along the foreshore on a great path. There are also 3-4 food vans usually operating across the road from the accommodation, which sell good, quick takeaway. can recommend this accommodation with a fabulous view
