We had a lovely stay for my Mums 80th Birthday. Emma was welcoming and the parsnip welcome cake was amazing. The accommodation was exactly as it was described and more.

Beautiful barn. So clean and tidy! Emma was so helpful with any questions we had & I’ve never stayed somewhere with so much information before coming, so handy! Dogs loved it at the barn too ☺️ the cake, fresh juice and dog treats were a lovely touch! Would recommend in a heartbeat! Had to drive to get to some nice places to eat, but we did have one night staying in getting a local Chinese takeaway (collection) and it was such a lovely Chinese! The walk from the beach to horsey beach is a must to see the seals, so lovely! Can’t fault our stay. Thank you Emma!

We had a fabulous week in the threshing barn for my parents' 50th anniversary. It was a great place to gather as a family and go for coastal walks to see the seals and check out the broads. It served our purpose very well. There were a few funny details in the barn for instance we found the lighting too cool/blue in colour, and a slight shame there isn't more natural light or views in the main living space, but these are minor points and it didn't get in the way of us enjoying ourselves immensely. The games barn was a great addition for when we had kids with us for a few days, and the local pub (fishermans) served descent grub for when we couldn't be bothered to cook. Thanks to our hosts who were brilliantly responsive.

We had a wonderful stay with family for my Mum’s 70th birthday. The Threshing Barn is comfortable and spacious and catered very well for our dog and 6 month old daughter. The beds were very big and comfortable. The location is lovely with a great dog walk right outside and gorgeous Winterton beach just down the road. You can see that owners Emma and Neil have put a lot of time and love into the properties, which include beautiful gardens and chickens! Emma sent lots of helpful info ahead of our visit and was very nice about the fact that I failed to respond to her messages having accidentally turned off notifications for the app! We hope to return in the future.

We recently booked the barn to celebrate my dads 60th and it was an amazing stay! The barn is very spacious and beautiful and the games room was good fun to keep the children occupied. Beach and pub are a nice walking distance. Thanks for a great stay!
