Super Lage in der 11. Etage mit fantastischem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang am Meer. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Strand in Laufnähe. Großer Pool für die Wohnanlage. Wir waren mit einjähriger Tochter unterwegs. Der Balkon war Babysicher, Hochstuhl und Babybett sowie entsprechendes Geschirr vorhanden.

The apartment was in a very great location for the centre of the resort, with plenty of restaurants bars and supermarkets nearby. It was very comfortable and housed a very nice lounge/kitchen area, a modern bathroom with good shower and good bedroom with large bed. The wrap-around balcony was a great feature with amazing views over the sea towards La Gomera and the whole of Playa de las Américas. Great to sit and have lunch or watch the sunset in the evenings! Great space for a holiday. One point which’s I think it is fair to say that when it’s hot outside it can get a bit hot inside in the evenings unless you have the windows open. Then, with windows open, being in the central area of the resort, it can get a bit noisy if you’re not used to music noise.

Siamo stati 5 notti nell’ appartamento di Katia con 1 bambina di 4 anni ed 1 bimbo di 1 anno. L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per una famiglia di questo tipo, incluso culla e seggiolone ed un divano letto che non abbiamo utilizzato. La vista dall’ undicesimo piano è bellissima e l’ampio balcone permette di rilassarsi all’esterno e godere di questa vista. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in spiaggia, la fermata dei bus è praticamente sotto casa così come supermercati e farmacie. Questo evita di dover affittare un auto. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la disponibilità di Katia al check out visto il nostro volo di rientro nel tardo pomeriggio. Raccomanderei sicuramente l appartamento e ci ritornerei.

This apartment was just perfect for me. Very comfortable with everything I needed and the views, the large 2 sided terrace were simply amazing and you can enjoy the sun all day on the terrace which was excellent and very relaxing. I stayed here on my own and I felt very safe. The location is within walking distance of everything and there is a bus stop and taxi rank just outside the apartment so other areas can be easily explored. Katia was a superb host and explains everything in the apartment well. She is also very quick to respond which is very helpful. I would highly recommend the apartment and Katia as a host and I will definitely look to return. Thanks for a wonderful week in your apartment.
