Dawn’s place was a lovely getaway! It has so many thoughtful touches, and is well set up. The info provided about the area was so helpful; the communication was timely and welcoming. My sister and I got to relax, do a lot of walking, exploring, and just enjoying the local nature. The place is spotless! The skylights in the living area add a lot of brightness. The kitchen was nicely updated and well organized . From the kitchen window (and side deck) you have a perfect sunrise view, or you can do a short walk to the beach and enjoy it there. Even though the temp dropped to 32 two nights, the cottage was toasty. We were glad we chose Dawn’s place!

Dawn's place was as described and very clean, warm and comfortable. There are nice sitting areas outside the house to enjoy the sunshine. Very well equipped kitchen and bright living area. We enjoyed walks and swims on the beach which was a short stroll away. Dawn was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you.

This cosy little house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Although the weather didn't cooperate at all, we still enjoyed the house and all the nearby restaurants and attractions. Would have loved to spend more time at the beach, but we did get to go in between rain storms. We loved the quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the beach and stores and the house was a perfect place to come home to. Easy instructions for entry, beautifully maintained and obviously loved little home. We hope to stay again soon with better weather, but enjoyed Foxwoods and Mystic Seaport (weather was nice enough to give us time to enjoy the outdoors at Mystic).

Another perfect stay at this wonderful cottage by the sea. The best Airbnb we have ever booked. Immaculate cottage and a very caring responsive host. Can’t wait to return.

Stayed a week in August for our annual family vacation to Misquamicut. We loved the cottage; it was very clean, well organized and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was the best we have seen over the years that we have been coming to Misquamicut. The bottled water and coffee pods were a nice surprise. We would love to come back next year.
