The bed frames are pretty, and the fridge with coffee and half and half and a water tank for our water bottles was a nice touch. There are two towels per room, fans, extra blankets, and hangers. But nothing about this stay went right for us. I don't want to leave a bad review, but make sure it will work for you before you book it. I didn't check reviews, so it's half my fault. The host is responsive. Good. Easy to get in (doorknob has code lock). Good. The unit is noisy, even with earplugs. We were kept up all night both nights by the neighbors and the alley noise in both rooms during quiet hours with earplugs on, so it wasn't a fit for us. Coil mattress. Some people love them. We kept waking each other up. Needs maintenance. Rusty hinges, loose front lock, hard to use tp dispensers, unpainted repairs, and the sofas are damaged (we were eyeing those as a possible alt to escape the noise). Didn't bother us much, but it was something we noticed.

My family and I had a great stay! We loved being so close to the beach! The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Cody checked in with us to make sure we were settled in and didn’t need anything. Having two bathrooms was a plus when traveling with two young adult daughters! Lots of restaurant options within walking distance.

Pros: Awesome Location Spacious and well lit unit New Appliances Lots of utensils Responsive Host Cons: Old furniture (stains on dining chairs, sofa springs out of place, wooden splinters protruding from under bathroom sink) If these can be fixed, the place would be perfect.
