So peaceful. Beautiful scenery to look out at. Cottage layout perfect, space utilised very well. Neighbours very friendly with the local history. So many walks on doorstep. Lovely garden with views of the clyde, all meals enjoyed outside and the sound of the birds. Beautiful. Garden secure for the dogs.

Ideal stay from our perspective. Lovely location, great views over River Tweed plus plenty of wildlife, good local eating out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also Julie was very helpful when contacted regarding a work issue and went the extra mile to try and find solutions.

Really enjoyed my stay at Rainbow cottage. The village was small and really quiet. Lots of wildlife around and lovely waking up to the sound of birds. Amenities and space was more than enough for what we needed and the cottage was clean and comfortable. A nice base to stay in whilst on a training course in Kelso. Neighbours are lovely and friendly. The description given by Julie is spot on for the cottage and directions to find the cottage were spot on as the postcode takes you further into the village.

Nice, relaxing location with a beautiful view of the river. Cosy place to stay. One minor issue which Julie went out of her way to make up for. Would encourage me to book again as I know communication and resolving issues satisfactorily are a priority for Julie.
