Perfect from start to finish, great host and a lovely and cosy place secluded for a perfect getaway! Stuart was the perfect host waiting for our arrival and gave clear instructions on getting there, the place was nice and clean with lots to keep you busy from games to dvds! The road doesn’t see a lot of traffic so was a nice walk to Swinton for a meal in the evening with Berwick and other local places also close by! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Stuart is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We loved the quiet location and enjoyed watching the different species of birds visiting the feeders. We liked the eco friendly products available to use throughout the property too. There are lots of options for things to do and places to explore in the area including walks from the door.

This is one of our very favourite places to stay this was our 5th visit. Stuart is a wonderful host and we enjoy every minute of our stay and always come home feeling relaxed and refreshed. The location is very peaceful and there is the opportunity to explore some interesting sights in the area or to go for long country walks. Thank you Stuart for another lovely stay.
