We had such a great time and the restaurant is AMAZING! The breakfast each morning really made the stay worth while and don’t get me started on the hot tub!! 🙂

Great option to stay in Clarksville, having your own space and yard is much nicer than the hotel options. Cooper's landing always has great food, staff, and drinks, and the dog friendly aspect is a huge plus! Walkable location to all of the other restaurants and shopping in town as well.

The host was very responsive from check in to check out. The cottage was very cute and very clean and cozy. Also was in a great location in the center of town. We were able to try out the restaurant food through their food truck at the local brewery and being someone who has eaten at a lot of very nice restaurants the food was absolutely awesome, I got their crabcake and their crab dip along with some steamed shrimp and all of it was fantastic. The only gripe I have with this day was just that the fridge was a mini fridge so if I wanted to get groceries and cook at the cottage. I really did not have anywhere to store food if I had bought enough for 3 to 5 days, other than that, I absolutely loved the stay and overall experience

Nichol was extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. The cottage was a perfect getaway and chance to unplug, and the restaurant dinner at the B&B was amazing! What really wowed us, though, was the scrumptious breakfast delivered to our doorstep in the morning - what a treat!

Perfect for what we expected. Quiet and peaceful. And would definitely recommend to some one or couple for a nice romantic getaway!
