Very well appointed rental that was the perfect space for our extended family for a long weekend stay - great, open area was wonderful for spending time together and plenty of bedroom space for all in our group. Very flexible and accommodating host! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect location for enjoying the Newport area. Home accommodated 3 couples perfectly. One of the best equipped kitchens we have encountered.

The perfect place for a family event with lots of kids and toddlers, especially the very large main kitchen/dining/living room space where kids could play in one area and adults congregate around the large dining room table (or the braver ones on the couches nearer the kids). Very separate sleeping spaces perfect for adults to retreat or babies to nap. Big yard connected to multiple porches made kickball games and just running around easy to monitor. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and flexible. We'll come back again next time we need a kid-friendly space close to everything in Newport and Middletown!

We had a great stay at Nancy’s house. The house is gorgeous! It had everything we needed. And we were very comfortable during our stay. Hope to stay again there sometime!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect stay! Plenty of space for 11 girls. House is immaculate. Perfect location. Everything was only a 5-10 minute drive away. Nancy was very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend staying here!
