Terrible review!!!! ….is what I want to write for this place, only so no one books it and therefore always available for me!! This place is exceptional. I’ve stayed in many places in Scarborough and this is by far my favourite. Location is perfect for a 20 min walk from the beach. 5 mins from the local shops. The place is spotless and like a home from home in terms of what’s available. The off street park is a blessing. Directions were amazing and it was so easy to find. Communication with Andrew was always speedy and went above and beyond to help. I have nothing bad to say about this place. We’ll be back again very soon :) fully recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is in a great location to explore Scarborough and further afield. Very comfortable for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and provided all that we needed for our stay.

Andrew's flat is very centrally located and ideal for the shops, Scarborough South Bay and the fab clock tower cafe and play park. Everything in the flat is spotlessly clean and there are some wonderful little touches that made us feel right at home, including biscuits, teabags and milk on arrival (very much needed after a long journey!) It shows that thought has been put into everything including the star nightlight on the childrens bunkbeds, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, beach spades, books to read....too many things to list here but all very much appreciated. Andrew was a wonderful and responsive host and we wouod definitely stay here again. It was a lovely trip and a perfect place to be based for our family of 5.

The flat was very clean, bright and spacious. The flat is in a great location to get public transport (railway and bus) if you don't fancy driving to other places. The accommodation is within walking distance to Scarborough sea front . Great location to visit York. The host was quick at responding to any query we had prior to our holiday and during the holiday. It was very handy having a bathroom and a shower room.
