Pat and his colleagues were very responsive to any of our needs, and chatty and helpful during our stay. The house is in a very peaceful and beautiful spot and was comfortable for our group of 8 adults and two cats.

Lovely home on a beautiful property. The sunrise over the mountains in the distance was stunning on most mornings. Our family stayed here for an extended period (over a month) and loved every day of our stay. The property is wonderful, the animals are adorable, and the staff who works here were attentive to our every need. Pat was welcoming and accommodating during our stay and I couldn't be happier. We will miss them all now that we have moved on. Overall, i would recommend it wholeheartedly.

We loved the tranquility and beautiful views on Pat's farm, seeing the animals and hearing the peaceful surroundings were just amazing. One can spend a whole day exploring the farm, lake and old buildings. The location is central to exploring the West coast as well as Adare, just a few minutes drive away with many pubs with great food, as well as some great sights and of course a castle. The house is spacious as per the pictures, although the 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds, is quite small. It will be fine for young children, but was a bit cramped for our teenager. Communications with Pat was quick and we had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a laid back, rural stay, Pat's farm is the place to go.

Had an amazing weekend in Pat's Airbnb. Host was very generous, caring and easy going. Great facilities including a swimmable lake, boat and Italian gardens onsite. Great place to go with a group of friends for a good time away from busy cities!
